Explore Three Countries in a Short Time!
Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, is an ideal base for exploring fascinating cities in the surrounding area. Taking advantage of this proximity allows you to discover more of the heart of Europe through these separate tours.
Bratislava is only:
- 40 minutes from Trnava (a historic Slovak town, walled and entirely pedestrian-friendly)

Trnava: The Slovak Rome (1.5 h on foot)
Known as “the Slovak Rome” for the large number of churches it is home to. Trnava has preserved its medieval walls for more than 700 years.
The tour goes through its charming pedestrian area, where the 17th‑century Town Tower can be seen and the reason why the statue at its top looks toward both sides of the city. A unique spot is shown from which five churches can be seen at the same time, some of them oriented in unusual directions. The route passes the historic university complex and includes a visit to a beautiful café that used to be an Orthodox synagogue.
Departures: If you are arriving by your own bus, the meeting point is at the tourist bus stop in Trnava city center. If you are staying in Bratislava, you can take a train from Hlavná stanica (Main Station), which departs approximately every 30 minutes. Please check the departure times at www.cp.sk. I will meet you at the Trnava train station, which is less than a 5-minute walk from the historic center.

Győr: The City of Waters (1.5 h on foot)
Located between Budapest and Vienna, Győr is highly accessible and boasts one of the most beautiful Baroque centers in Hungary. Known as the "City of Waters" due to its four rivers, the historic district is pleasant and easy to explore on foot.
During the tour, we will visit the Basilica, which houses one of the country's most important relics. We'll see remnants of ancient fortifications, discover the origins of Radó Island, stroll through a charming shopping street, and admire the Town Hall, which resembles a castle.
Departures: Flexible. If your group arrives by private bus, we'll meet at the tourist bus stop in the historic center. If you arrive by train or bus, we'll meet in front of the Town Hall, next to the station.

Vienna: A Blend of History & Modernity (2.5 hrs on foot)
Vienna, the former imperial capital, combines historical elegance with a vibrant contemporary lifestyle. Renowned for its music, art, and architecture, the city offers a wealth of cultural experiences.
During the tour, we'll admire key landmarks such as the MAK (Museum of Applied Arts), the KHM (Museum of Art History), the MuseumsQuartier, and the Albertina Gallery. We'll discuss the State Opera, the Hofburg Palace and its nearby gardens, the Parliament, and City Hall, all unique in their architectural styles.
We will also stroll along the exclusive shopping streets known as the "Golden Triangle" and end near the iconic St. Stephen's Cathedral.

Komárno: A unique blend of Slovak & Hungarian traditions (1.5 h on foot)
Komárno is a charming, quiet city nestled on the northern bank of the Danube River. Just a short walk across the bridge connects Slovakia with its Hungarian counterpart, Komárom.
During the tour, we'll admire the impressive Komárno Fortress, one of Central Europe's largest fortification systems from the Habsburg monarchy. It strategically stands at the confluence of two rivers and served as a Soviet military base for 23 years following the Warsaw Pact invasion in 1968.
The route will take us through the pedestrian zone highlighting the Officers' Pavilion, Town Hall, the birthplace of Franz Lehár, the celebrated Austrian composer known for his enchanting operettas.
Lastly, wander through the Courtyard of Europe, a vibrant architectural project showcasing diverse European styles.
Departures: Flexible. If your group arrives by private bus, we'll meet at the tourist bus stop in the historic center.
